CSA - Level 3 Foundations
The Certificate of Spirit Australia (CSA) is your first recognised professional step in spiritual education.
It acknowledges your dedication, personal practice, and foundational learning, preparing you for ethical and confident practice.
Graduates are considered eligible for basic insurance as beginning practitioners, while they prepare for the live assessments of Level 4 (Practitioner) and Level 5 (Teacher) qualifications.

What You’ll Do

Personal Practice (250 hrs): Develop regular spiritual study, supported by a personal journal (not assessed).

Complementary Courses (20 hrs + 3 reports): Attend self-selected workshops, classes, or groups and reflect with three short reports.

Formal Assessments (approx. 300 hrs):

Completion of Six Foundation Units (Online or via Student Handbook).

Personal Reflection Essay (750 words or 10-min video).

OR Attendance at Annual Five Day Seminar

Recognition & Progression

AQF Alignment: Level 3 Certificate (Cert III) – approx. 600 hrs, 1 year part-time.

Professional Standing: Recognition for practitioner insurance.

Pathway Forward: Prepares you to continue towards live in person assessment and the professional qualification of Advanced Certificate (ASA – Practitioner).
Entry Pathways & RPL

Prerequisite: Completion of Level 2 Spirit Australia six Foundation Courses.

RPL Option: Experienced spiritual seekers can fast-track assessment:

Assessments for RPL candidates include:

Minimum 2 years prior experience.

Must show knowledge of the six Foundation Units

Submit reflection essay or attend Five-Day Seminar.

CSA Quick Facts

Duration: 1 year part-time (approx. 600 hrs)

Cost: $250 one-off enrolment & assessment fee + $35 annual membership (plus optional Handbook $65)
