How is Spirit Australia organisation formed?
Spirit Australia is a national, non-profit organisation established as a Public Company Limited by Guarantee and a registered Australian charity for the charitable purpose of Advancing Education. At the heart of everything we do is our guiding commitment:

Who We Are
Spirit Australia is governed by a nationally elected Board of twelve directors, supported by advisory and administrative volunteers.
All roles within Spirit Australia are currently 100% volunteer-based, reflecting our commitment to service over profit.
Our Approach
Spirit Australia is non-religious and non-commercial. We operate with full transparency and accountability, with financial records available to members or the public upon request.
We welcome individuals and groups of all belief systems, or none, who align with our Nine Foundations and Code of Ethics & Conduct.
What We Do
Everything we offer is designed to support the community and strengthen the integrity of spirit education in Australia. Our charitable activities are focused on:
